I earned my master's degree in social work from Columbia University with an emphasis in the area of advanced clinical practice related to health, mental health, and disabilities. I have gained clinical training and professional experience while working in hospital, community agency, and academic settings. In addition to my private practice, I hold an administrative appointment as the Head of Therapeutic Services at the Westport Day School, a private therapeutic educational setting in Fairfield County.
In my private practice, I specialize in providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults to address a variety of psychosocial stressors and issues including: anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, neurodevelopment disorders, personality disorders, substance use and addiction, academic-related stressors and traumas, family conflict, and parent stressors/concerns. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified School Social Worker in the state of Connecticut.
